I'm only 19 years old, I haven't had sex yet, I have a girlfriend but we still haven't had sex. The problem is that I have low confidence about having sex with my gf because I can't get full 100% erected while passionate kissing and touching. The touching is clothed. Not that I'm not hard at all, I'm hard let's say 70-80%. I'm sure the problem is not her because she is very attractive and sexy to me and i love her very much. I don't know if the problem is with me, I don't know if I have a reason to be worried, maybe the problem is that we are not naked while touching, or becasue she doesn't touch my penis (she's not so comfortable still).
I don't get fully erected even when I watch porn,,only 70-80%... sometimes I get harder but if I don't keep masturbating it goes away a bit....
    I'm worried :(

I suggest you seek advice from a medical doctor. I think that all men suffer from varying degrees of lack of hardness every now and then due to a variety of factors. If you can not maintain a firm erection more than 25% of the time, then there may be physical problems involved. One way to know if the cause is physical is whether you have erections when you sleep. Normally, men have 3 to 5 erections per night. Each erection lasts for up to 30 minutes. Your doctor can tell you how to find out whether you are having the normal number of nocturnal erections. On the other hand if you wake up having firm erections in the morning, this is usually a sign that your body is functioning normally and your problem is mental.

I'm sure the reason you can't get a 'full' erection because you are a virgin and you naturally feel anxiety about having sex and intimate relations. My advice would be to not worry about your erection, try not to even think about it and I'm sure it will happen.

You're only 19 years old. Why are you making life so difficult for yourself? Both of you are uncomfortable, so ease off and stop trying to force something you're not ready for. You're not supposed to be having sex, or have already been having sex by now. I know today's society signals otherwise, but it is a reckless path to take with plenty evidence of the potential fallout.

Focus on building a career with a stable future. Your penis will take care of itself. :)
